CMS provides a proprietary data acquisition, analysis and reporting service to determine membrane fouling conditions and provide real-time actionable information to improve the economic performance  of water treatment plants.

eModules capture proprietary Electrical Impedance Spectroscopy and flow channel conductivity data from within a membrane element during normal operations. eModules are powered and data transmitted wirelessly through the pressure vessels with no physical changes required to existing plant infrastructure.

Real-time data from the eModules in combination with existing performance data – including feed and permeate flow, net driving pressure and salt-rejection – provides water treatment plant operators with the information necessary to adjust flux, cross-flow and chemical usage to minimise fouling and maximise plant efficiency.
